Shipping: We will make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but due to extreme popularity, some items may not be readily available. We will ship these items as soon as we receive them. Orders are processed Monday through Friday at 4 p.m. EST. Halloween items ordered on these days before 4pm EST will ship the same day (footwear excluded). We strive to meet all orders placed on weekdays within 24 hours. For all other orders, please allow 7-10 business days for regular ground delivery. Shipping charges are subject to change, depending on the weight of the package

Return/Exchange Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or store credit (less shipping and handling costs). Refunds and returns are dependent upon safe return of the item(s) within 15 days of the delivery date. Items returned between 15-30 days will be subject to store credit only.
